HOTWORX West Lafayette brings a new form of fitness session to the area! No other studio provides the same combination of heat, infrared energy, and virtual exercise sessions. This innovative combo helps you achieve results in less time, release toxins, improve circulation, and maximize results.
Certified Virtual Instructors guide members through heated HIIT and Isometric workout sessions designed to torch the calories. Sauna workouts are the ultimate calorie burn, while our infrared energy helps activate regenerative processes in your body.
Our athletic style yoga will strengthen your core, improve your flexibility, and help you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. During this 30-minute isometric workout, our fitness experts will guide you through a series of foundational postures that combine a variety of different yoga styles with the power of infrared energy.
HOTWORX West Lafayette is owned and operated by two local nurses–both graduates of Purdue University School of Nursing. We love our community and want you to discover your inner warrior with us!

The FX Zone (Functional Exercise Zone) provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
