ISOMETRIC WORKOUTS: HOTWORX Mat and Towels are required for all ISO Sessions. Our custom yoga mat and towel are designed especially for our patented saunas and members to ensure an optimal experience with the highest quality materials. HOT Bands: Resistance Bands along with the HOTWORX Mat & Towel are required for this workout. HOTWORX offers a variety of bands designed for this workout and are available for purchase in the studio from staff or the vending machine 24/7.

HOT Buns: The large and small HOTWORX Loop Bands are required for this session along with the HOTWORX Mat & Towel. Additional accessories are available for maximum results and the best experience.

HIIT Sessions: Tennis shoes are required for all HIIT sessions. HOTWORX Gloves are strongly encouraged for these sessions as well.

Having a workout partner or two for accountability and to compete with will help improve consistency and results! We encourage members and guests to take advantage of the small group sessions offered at HOTWORX.

HOTWORX Members get VIP Guest Privileges as part of their membership which permits them to bring first-time guests to try out sessions during posted staffed hours only. Members earn rewards in the form of Merch Perx which can be redeemed towards merchandise. Members can become a HOTWORX Ambassador earning a free year when they refer 10 new members!

HOTWORX Members have their own QR code within the HOTWORX App that they can have scanned or they can share a free workout link with a friend via text, email and other social media and messaging apps.

Each studio has a Functional Training area accessible 24/7 to members called the FX Zone. This area is fully equipped with state-of-the-art commercial gym equipment including Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Suspension Straps, Dumbbells, Stability Balls + SO MUCH MORE. Feel free to use the FX Zone for your own personalized workouts.

This space also offers a Silent Trainervideo reel that displays for members not sure how to best utilize the equipment. This is a great area to train in before or after your infrared sessions for cross-training.

This intentional format is designed to get you in and out in less time, while never sacrificing your total calorie burn.

HOTWORX Members earn rewards for burning calories which requires workouts to be easily and conveniently scheduled on their HOTWORX App. Members can schedule, cancel, and move appointments easily from their app although it is not required but highly encouraged to ensure they can get into the sessions they want as they arrive. Guests must schedule sessions and guest appointments to ensure staff members are ready to greet them, provide a full tour of the studio, and help get them set up for their trial session.
