HOTWORX congratulates franchisees, Adam and Michelle Del Muro, who were awarded a franchise license in the Chicago market and recently opened their South Elgin, IL studio!

What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
Michelle is in the healthcare industry and has been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for the past 14 years. She owns a private counseling practice called Be Restored Counseling. Adam is in the automotive industry. He has been the General Manager of a busy automotive tire and service shop for almost 25 years.

We were looking for a way to add another income stream to what we already have. We are ambitious individuals invested in finding opportunities that challenge us and promote growth.

What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
HOTWORX specifically looked like a great system that removes much of the guesswork from starting a business from scratch. Having this system in place allows Michelle and I to continue working our current jobs.

‍What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
Adam's first session was Hot Thunder and he was amazed by how quickly he got such a good workout in. He had to drive some distance for this workout. Driving to the Algonquin location, completing the workout, and returning took 1.5 hours but the amazing workout was worth the drive. Michelle's first session was Hot Cycle and she was excited to get a great workout in just 15 minutes. This session left her looking forward to her next one, where she tried an isometric workout and was blown away by how good she felt leaving. We both became hooked almost instantaneously.

‍How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
We thought the Discovery Process was good and informative. Patty, our Franchise Recruiter, answered our questions and made the process comfortable.

‍How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day was exciting and slightly nerve-wracking. The Executive Team was nice and set the tone of the brand.

‍What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?

‍What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
We would like to reach the 500 member club in presale, 700 member club within the first four months, and 1000 member club before the end of our first year of operation.

‍How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
HOTWORX will help us with our physical health and already has. It will teach us what it takes to launch a business like this and give us the tools to do more in the near future. Through hard work and perseverance, we will achieve more financial freedom and time.
