HOTWORX congratulates franchisees, Krystal and Tommy DeAlano, who were awarded a franchise license in the Tampa-St. Petersburg (Sarasota) market and recently opened their Sarasota, FL (South Sarasota) studio!

What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
My husband and I were business owners in Dallas, TX and we wanted to consider a new local business upon relocating our family to Sarasota, FL.

What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
As independent business owners, we know how much time and effort it takes to get an idea off the ground and be successful. While taking on the large task of moving our family to another city and state, a franchise enables us to reach our goals faster with a proven business model and product.

‍What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
I absolutely loved it and was hooked from the first session! I came home and immediately started researching the franchise opportunity.

‍How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
The Discovery Process was very organized and managed well. We had two informative calls a week with our amazing Franchise Recruiter, which helped us move along at our own best pace.

‍How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day was very informative. We were prepared to meet the HOTWORX Executive Team and the format was very motivating.

‍What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
There is a lot of information that will be given, but don’t let it overwhelm you! Take everything one step at a time and really consider the amazing opportunity in front of you.

‍What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
We plan to hit the ground running after moving to our new home in Sarasota, FL! As new franchisees, our goal is to proudly meet and exceed all our benchmarks while making new relationships within our new community and HOTWORX family.

‍How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
