What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
I’ve always been passionate about creating something meaningful that blends my personal interests with community impact. As a business owner with Sister Montana Jewelry, I’ve experienced the joy of connecting people with products that enhance their lives. When the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX arose, it felt like a natural next step to offer something I’m equally passionate about: health, fitness, and wellness.

I (Jackie) currently co-own Sister Montana Jewelry, which specializes in high-quality western-inspired jewelry. My professional background includes marketing, sales, and public relations, as well as years of management experience in agriculture-related industries. These experiences have honed my skills in customer engagement, operations, and brand building. TJ brings extensive expertise in the oil-field industry and is the owner and operator of The Guttersmith, a business specializing in seamless rain gutter solutions. He is also a licensed real estate agent with Green Realty.

What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
While we love building businesses from scratch, we were drawn to franchising because of the proven systems, support, and brand recognition HOTWORX provides. Starting with an established framework allows us to focus on creating a welcoming and transformative experience for our future members while having a roadmap for success.

‍How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
The Discovery Process was seamless and informative. We appreciated the transparency and thoroughness in every step, from learning about the business model to understanding the company’s vision and values. It made us feel confident that HOTWORX would be a great fit for our goals. Working with Mandy, our Franchise Recruiter, was amazing!!!

Additionally, we plan to grow our leadership skills and ensure operational excellence in our studio.
