Last week, 15 fitness instructor professionals joined us at our annual franchise convention in Aurora, CO to participate in the Final Round of the 2025 Virtual Instructor Competition and we were blown away by their enthusiasm, performance, and motivation!

The Final Round began with a Combine that included small group isometric style workouts prepared by each competitor and one-on-one interviews with the Judges panel. Finalists were evaluated on their knowledge of the brand, professionalism, communication skill, fitness conditioning, and fitness skill.

The convention attendees first met the Top 15 Competitors on opening day during an on stage introduction and on the following day, attendees were invited to participate in an Outdoor Workout where each of the Finalists led a 2.5 minute portion of the workout to showcase their instructing skills.

This year's VI Competition Championship was held on Wednesday, August 6th, where the Finalists participated in an "Earn the Burn Posture Challenge" with Virtual Instructor Coach, Ashlee Buchert, interviewing the competitors while they maintain their focus and rely on their fitness conditioning to hold the postures. After one final interview question answered by each individual competitor in front of attendees at the annual HOTWORX franchise convention, the judges deliberated, and the winners were announced.
