HOTWORX congratulates franchisees, Cindy and Rob Smathers, who were awarded a franchise license in the Houston market and recently opened their Richmond, TX (Bella Terra) studio!

What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
Rob owned a small business for many years and has done well. HOTWORX was appealing to us due to its revolutionary way to work out and achieve results.

What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
Having the tools already in place to become successful helps make the decision to explore franchising easier.

‍What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
So hot! Literally! After I left, I truly felt better. There’s definitely a difference after working out in an infrared sauna! The staff was really friendly and helpful. I loved it!

‍How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
Patricia, our Franchise Recruiter, was really helpful and informative with all the things we needed to know about diving into the HOTWORX family. We appreciate all her help during the Discovery Process!

‍How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day was great! We enjoyed meeting everyone and we love how welcoming everyone is!

‍What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
It’s a great franchise to look into! They have so many tools available to help and everyone is helpful and fun!

‍What are the top 3 reasons you chose to franchise with HOTWORX?
1. Our good friends Deann and Greg Newkirk! Deann went to her 1st HOTWORX session and told me all about it. She was so fired up about the technology and benefits! They quickly looked into a franchise and the rest is history.

We're most excited to help others reach their goals whether it’s being healthier, losing weight, or just feeling better overall!

‍What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
We want to help make HOTWORX even more of a household name! We want to break records for success!

‍How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
We hope to gain more business knowledge and reach our vision board goals. For Rob, it’s getting a corvette and I’d like to fully fund our daughter’s college fund!
