HOTWORX congratulates franchisees, Norvill and Pattie Brown, who were awarded a franchise license in the St. Louis market and recently opened their Chesterfield, MO (The Valley) studio!

What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
What originally motivated us to consider HOTWORX as a business was our belief in what it is all about! We know detoxing and infrared is incredible for us & we know working out is so important for us. To put that all together, well that is the best idea ever!!! Pattie has owned a business, a competitive dance studio, for the last 35 years. Norvill has owned a recycling business for 35 years and has recently retired. Health and fitness are very important to our family.

What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
The benefit of having a franchise rather than an independent business to us is that we will have a great support group and team to lead and teach us how to be successful.

‍What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
Pattie was the first to discover HOTWORX and fell in love with it immediately!! As a personal trainer she knew this would be what her and our family needed.

‍How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
The Discovery Process was very good. Kayla, our Franchise Recruiter, was excellent and explained everything very well.

‍How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day was great! Meeting everyone and understanding the process was very helpful and exciting.

The advice we would give others considering a HOTWORX franchise is to let them know that HOTWORX really has your back and is very helpful with everything you need to know.

Our goal for the first year with HOTWORX is to blow this up to EVERYONE!!! We want to be the fastest growing HOTWORX yet!
