HOTWORX Dayton brings 24-hour infrared fitness to the Washington Township area, offering a welcoming space for wellness just behind Sam’s Club and near Whole Foods in the Washington Park Plaza. Our studio serves the communities of Miamisburg, Kettering, Springboro, Oakwood, Centerville, and Bellbrook.
Our women-owned and family-operated studio was created with comfort and connection in mind. For parents with children, we’re located just steps from the popular Goldfish Swim School. HOTWORX Centerville also offers a safe place for women in their 40s to 60s seeking a place where fitness and community come together.
Members can access a variety of virtually instructed infrared workouts on their schedule, including hot yoga, hot pilates, barre, and high-intensity interval training.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
