HOTWORX is more than a gym. It’s a brand new way of exercising with fast-paced, intense, and fun workouts in an infrared sauna environment. The combined effects of heat and infrared will help you burn more calories in less time.
Our 24/7 schedule also includes semi-private workouts where a virtual instructor will guide you through HIIT or isometric exercises. You can also sign up for pilates, barre, yoga, or rowing classes.

The FX Zone (Functional Exercise Zone) provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
