As the only infrared fitness studio in the area with 24-hour access, we offer endless opportunities to earn your burn with our variety of workouts and cross-training options in the FX zone. Located at 715 Route 25A in the Aliano Shopping Center, our studio is next door to Body and Spine Solutions and just east of Stop and Shop.
Our variety of workout sessions, including Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, and Hot Cycle, are designed to increase calorie burn, improve circulation, and boost detoxification—all enhanced by the power of infrared energy.
Our diverse clientele includes people from all walks of life—bartenders working late shifts, police officers, nurses, teachers, and even retirees who love staying active.
We're proud members of the local Chamber of Commerce and actively engage with the community through partnerships with NutritionHouse and local churches. Our passionate team is led by Dr. Roth, of Body and Spine Solutions, and Manager Kathy, a natural bodybuilder.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
