HOTWORX - Orlando is conveniently located off Narcoossee between 528 and Dowden near Wawa. We’re situated close to Lake Nona, Eagle Creek, Lake Nona Country Club, Laureate Park, and Water’s Edge.
Our 24-hour infrared fitness studio offers many benefits, including weight loss, detoxification, and cellulite reduction. Get more of a workout in less time with 15-minute HIIT and 30-minute Isometric sessions. Infrared sauna workouts are available when you are with convenient app-based booking, any time of the day or night.
The High-Intensity Interval Training sessions include chest and leg presses, where you’ll be sure to discover your inner warrior. HOTWORX certified Virtual Instructors lead you through your workout and keep you motivated the whole time. HOTWORX is the only 24-hour infrared fitness studio in town with semi-private training.

The FX Zone (Functional Exercise Zone) provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
