We're a family-owned studio changing the way our members work out. By combining infrared energy, heat, and isometrics, we accelerate your workouts, speed up recovery, and help you burn more calories in less time.
Our members are busy parents, professionals, and weekend athletes who want real results without giving up half their day. Sessions are virtually instructed inside our patented 125-degree infrared saunas, and with 24/7 unlimited access, you train on your schedule.
At HOTWORX Spanish Fork you'll find 30-minute Isometric sessions like Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, and Hot Barre—low-impact, high-burn workouts that improve posture, balance, flexibility, and muscle endurance with minimal joint stress. We also feature 15-minute HIIT sessions with cycles, rowers, and seated ellipticals inside the saunas so you get high-energy cardio bursts perfect for toning and sculpting. Outside the saunas, our functional training zone is stocked with free weights, kettlebells, battle ropes, and a pull-up rig for strength work on your own terms.

Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
