Cardio Evolved!!!

I know there are some really good treadmill manufacturers out there who are doing some things in an effort to make the treadmill less boring, but, for me, I just can’t make myself do another session on a treadmill.  I just don’t find it interesting anymore.  So, several years ago I just decided to run outdoors and do stadium steps for a more inspiring way to get my cardio.

Then, I discovered a better way forward.

Enter HOTWORX as a new option for cardio conditioning…

Now, with the choices of hot yoga, hot pilates, hot iso, and hot HIIT sessions, I am never uninspired or bored with my cardio work.  With the added elements of heat (125º Fahrenheit) and infrared energy into the workout environment, your heart rate will reach an optimal training level of 70-90% of your maximum heart rate much sooner than that of an air-conditioned training room.  Then, with the help of your fitness tracker (heart rate sensor is a must feature for your device), you can handily maintain that optimum HR level for rest of the 30 minute isometric or 15 minute HIIT session.

The really cool thing about doing cardio with hot isometrics or HIIT (or with the new Hot Bands coming soon) is the fact that you really don’t realize that your doing cardio because of the constant changing of postures and HIIT techniques led by the virtual instructors!  When I compare an exciting HOTWORX session to a traditional cardio session on a treadmill… thinking of the treadmill brings these things to mind, “grinding”, “old school” and “boooring!!!”  I am sure there are some great treadmill options, and I don’t mean to pick on that machine, but it’s not for me anymore.  I need added dimensions to accelerate my cardio.

Try 3D Training for cardio and you will see that…

Cardio has now evolved.
