Like most of us, I have bought things at the airport, Home Depot, Walmart, and other places by attendant free scan systems, but I have to say that I like the HOTWORX SCAN 24/7 best. It is super easy, fast, and always available on my phone. We have tested this new system at the original location in Oxford, MS and customers love it. And, it has reflected in more revenue for the studio as well, as retail sales have literally doubled in the first two full months of the test.

This is a win win for the customer and for the studio owners. The customers have a much better shopping experience and the studio increases revenue. SCAN 24/7 has been made possible by an incredible tech team under the leadership of Robyn Powell, VP of Information Technology at HOTWORX. Robyn was inspired by a shopping experience that she had on a trip to Disney World in Orlando and she then proposed the idea of developing SCAN 24/7 and integrating it into the consumer app known as the HOTWORX Burn Off App.

The company is now rolling out this new proprietary payment system to all existing locations and the new locations are opening with SCAN 24/7 from the jump. Out with the old vending machines and retail security nets. In with SCAN 24/7 giving the customer way more convenience and control over their HOTWORX shopping experience!

Along with the removal of the old vending machines, the extra space that is left will be filled with an awesome new glute machine to increase the customer experience in the FX Zone. This is another big win for the studio members.
