Infrared for Exponential Fitness Results

I set out on a mission to write a book a three years ago that would explain infrared fitness from the history to the science through the lens of how we provide this service at HOTWORX franchise locations. The book was officially published on December 7, 2020 and the audible version was released shortly thereafter. I’m happy to report that the book recently reached top 10 status on the Amazon Best Seller list for the Small Business Franchise category.

HOTWORX is a franchise based on the business of getting clients exponential fitness results. The mission is to provide more workout in less time, and if customers can achieve their very best results at the franchise location, then the profits to the business are sure to follow. This is a customer centric, end user first philosophy!

It was natural that a book was to be written about infrared training and how a results driven philosophy is deployed by a company like HOTWORX. Thus HOT EXERCISE, the book about infrared training was published. Below is an excerpt from chapter 2:

The Infrared Factor
WORKOUTS IN A hot environment created by infrared heaters yield many benefits beyond the typical hot yoga studio environment, including greatly accelerated workout recovery and detox, along with improved metabolic efficiency. Additionally, the air is much more comfortable to breathe during workouts in infrared heat.
Infrared was discovered in the early 1800s by astronomer Sir William Herschel, who noticed radiation when he used a thermometer to measure the temperature of the invisible parts of the light spectrum. Since that discovery, and with the application of electricity, entrepreneurs have been working to monetize infrared. One of the first widespread uses of an infrared application was for heaters that were used to cure the paint of military equipment during World War II. Toward the latter part of the 20th century, infrared saunas began to gain popularity as an alternative to the traditional convection heat saunas for personal therapy and relaxation.
Then, in February 2017, HOTWORX® introduced the first 24-hour infrared fitness studio. The HOTWORX® workouts are shorter because good results can be obtained more quickly with the incorporation of heat and infrared energy into the workouts.

The word is getting out, due, in part, to the publishing of the book! Everyone should be privy to the information and have an opportunity to experience the amazing results that HOTWORX members are achieving through the use of 3D Training with exercise in the heat combined with infrared energy. Heat + Infrared Energy + Exercise constitutes a 3 Dimensional approach to training. 3D training can yield fitness results far beyond that of a traditional approach. The proof of this can be found in a quick scan of what customers have to say in the reviews that they post online. Here are three such reviews:

“It is by far the BEST workout you will ever have. It works out every part of your body in 30 minutes and you burn 2x the amount of calories. My Doctor weighs me ever week and checks my muscle mass in 3 weeks I have gained 3% muscle and lost 4%fat. What other workout can say that?”  Monica - Las Vegas, NV

“I absolutely love HOTWORX! I have never seen results so quickly with any other workout I have done. Seeing results so fast has also encouraged me to keep going and not giving up!” Nikki - Marrero, LA

“The most amazing workout ever.”  Adrienne - Dallas, TX

If you are looking for exponential fitness results on a tight schedule and you want to learn about the benefits of infrared and 3D Training, grab a copy of HOT EXERCISE and then head over to a HOTWORX 24 Hour Infrared Fitness Studio.
