Making Cardio Cool

Let’s just cut the crap.

Doing cardio is hard, and it can turn into a dull, boring grind if you keep doing it the old school way.  That is, by working endless minutes on the treadmill, elliptical or stationary bike.

When I’m on the road I like to train at as many different gyms as possible.  I go to low budget gyms and high end clubs so that I can see first hand what is going on in all of the industry spectrum.

What I continue to see is lots of people frowning and drudging through their time on treadmills and other “monotonous” cardio equipment.  This is not cool anymore, and it is not an effective use of personal time.  I see young professionals on the treadmill and I want to tell them that there is a more efficient way to do cardio.  Everyone should be informed that there is a way to get a lot more out of your cardio workout time.

Technology has paved the way now for a better way to do cardio folks!

Why not combine strength training, flexibility, balance and detox with your cardio workout for a quick, interesting and fun session?

All you need is gravity, infrared and a virtual trainer.
