Working out is like brushing your teeth. You have to get it done! If you fail to brush your teeth they will decay. If you fail to work out the rest of your body will decay! I like to use a motorized toothbrush because it is more effective than an old school brush. It cleans more thoroughly in the same amount of time than the old manual brush. I like to get the same effectiveness with my workout time as well.
