The Ultimate Level 7 in Fitness

At the beginning of 2022 we introduced Diet Trax to the HOTWORX lineup. In conjunction with the introduction of Diet Trax we also introduced a new level of fitness achievement, the ultimate Level 7. Level 7 is the final level, a warrior level of fitness for sure. This level requires a premium HOTWORX member to not only reach the highest workout level in one of their rolling 90 day challenges, they must also meet the requirements of the Diet Trax software every day during the challenge to get to the highest level, Level 7 (Diet Trax is available exclusively to Sweat Everywhere members).

Diet Trax is a wonderful tool for those who want to trim down and shed body fat. And, it has just been upgraded to accommodate daily intermittent fasting to any schedule for anybody. Also, it allows members to track all nutrition data and calorie intake throughout the day measured to an individualized target. To achieve Level 7, the member must populate Diet Trax with their individual nutrition data every day during the 90 day fitness challenge and ensure that the ending calorie intake average results in a 10% or greater deficit to their BMR (basal metabolic rate). Level 7 requires the right balance of workout intensity and consistency with dedication to nutrition as well. This is not easy. It was not created to be easy, but it will deliver massive results.

Easy is not worth having. True accomplishment requires a lot of work. And guess what? If you do the work to get to Level 7, you will learn a lot about yourself and about what it takes to accomplish goals in life. In my opinion as a trainer, it is truly worth it!

Now, meet Sabrina, a Sweat Everywhere member in Gretna, LA…

I predict she will be one of the next Level 7 recipients very soon. I met her in a Hot Cycle session at the Gretna location last week. We struck up a conversation in the sauna and she told me that she was on a mission to get to Level 7. I told her that one person had recently made it to that level and that after watching her determination on the cycle, I believed that she would be next. She was 100% focused on the instructor, Ashlee B, and made sure that her form was perfect on what was her second cycle session back-to-back. I came in for my session a few minutes before she was going into her second one. I asked her if I could take her photo for social media and she agreed. I told her that she inspired me with a topic for this week’s blog article.

As we cycled, I could hear her, under her breath, but with intensity saying, “it’s Friday”, “it’s Friday!”. She trains hard Monday-Friday, same as me, and then devotes her weekends to family and leisure activities. By-the-way, she did both cycle sessions with a full sweat hoodie on…beast mode…get it Sabrina!

Level 7 is no joke. It takes the discovery of your inner warrior to get to the top. This week’s post is for all of you out there who want to find your inner warrior. I can tell you that when you get to Level 7 you will, without a doubt, have awakened the warrior within! Find your HOTWORX BURN OFF APP and go for Level 7 on your next 90 day challenge.
