The Virtual Advantage

As a fitness trainer with many years of one-on-one and small group training experience, I can certainly understand how the thought of relinquishing in-person training to a virtual instructor would cause angst throughout the personal training industry. What we have found, though, is that customers love the virtually instructed workouts with small groups of three people.  While it is very important to have a fitness studio manager with personal training credits and experience, it is no longer necessary to maintain a full staff of live trainers.

Virtual instructors are always on point, and on time.  There is nothing worse than showing up for a fitness class or for yoga and the instructor is late or lacking in customer communication skills.  How about the trainer who just has to scream at the class due to some primal "control" issue?  That might work for high school football but it's not very motivating in a professional fitness setting.

Timing is everything!  With professionally produced virtual instructor videos, timer countdowns and exercise queueing can be more precise.  There is no opportunity for editing during a live instructor session.  With virtual instruction, customers appreciate that they will always receive the same on time and high quality workout.

Virtually instructed workouts for HOTWORX are delivered by highly qualified instructors for each session.  HOTWORX originated the 3 person, 63 square foot, virtually instructed, infrared workout sauna (patents now pending for utility and design).

One more thing, virtual instructors never show up hungover, or with a low energy level!
