HOTWORX welcomes new franchisee, Mark Ware, and congratulates him on the recent takeover of two studios - Birmingham, AL (Midtown) and Tuscaloosa, AL (University Blvd)!

What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
I was introduced to the HOTWORX opportunity through a long time friend and business associate, Robert LeBus, a HOTWORX owner in Knoxville, Tennessee. When he explained the business model, and the uniqueness of the technology, I knew this was something I wanted to know more about.

What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
I have been a franchisee for many years in the shipping and logistics industry, and I see tremendous value in the franchise model.

What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
My first HOTWORX session was an eye-opener. I immediately realized the efficacy and value of infrared technology. I got a great workout in only 13 minutes.

How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
I have been working closely with Nancy Price during the Discovery Process, and she has been extremely helpful and proactive. I have been very impressed with the knowledge and experience of the HOTWORX team members.

How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Spending an entire day with the HOTWORX Executive Team was very reassuring to me. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge, expertise, and professionalism of each team member. I left the call with great confidence in the support system for franchisees.

What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
My main advice to a new franchisee would be to listen to your coach and leverage their expertise in your franchise. Do not try to do this on your own.

What are the top 3 reasons you chose to franchise with HOTWORX?
1. The ability to truly help people improve their health and live more vibrant lives.

3. This opportunity, if executed properly, can produce a great return on my investment.

What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
I believe HOTWORX creates a unique opportunity for busy people to live healthier, more vibrant lives. When we are healthier, it impacts not only our body, but our mind and spirit.

What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
My BHAG for my first year is to exceed 500 members in each of my two locations.

How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
Being a HOTWORX franchisee will be rewarding not only financially, but it will allow me to share the opportunity with my key employees, and giving my customers a world class experience when they enter my facility.
