What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
After selling our HVAC company in Boston, MA in 2014, we decided to move to Florida permanently in 2018. We renovated and sold a couple of homes for something fun to do but after discussing a business opportunity with our daughter Erin, the three of us decided a franchise would be a good way to go.

What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
After owning a business and starting from scratch, we felt a franchise was better for us. It's much easier to franchise when all the guesswork has been done for you.

‍How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
We had an excellent experience with Kayla, our Franchise Recruiter. Everything was fully explained to us during the Discovery Process, making Orientation Day easy to follow.

‍How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
During Orientation Day, we were very impressed with the dedication and knowledge of the Executive Team.

‍What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
Do your homework by looking at reviews and speaking to current franchise owners. We were very excited that the franchisees that we spoke to all loved what they were doing and never regretted opening a studio. They all spoke highly of everyone at HOTWORX.
