HOTWORX congratulates franchisee, Deb Dotson, who was awarded a franchise license in the Mobile-Pensacola (Fort Walton Beach) market and recently opened her Gulf Breeze, FL studio!

What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
I went to a HOTWORX for the first time while vacationing in Wilmington, NC and I instantly fell in love with the workout experience. I knew instantly that I wanted to bring HOTWORX to my community.

What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
After visiting a HOTWORX myself, I knew that I wanted to bring this specific business to my community.

What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
At first, I was intimidated working out in 125-degree temperature. I felt myself working through that feeling and enjoying the sweat coming out of every pore of my body. From that point on, I was totally hooked.

How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
I was nervous and excited at the same time. Nancy continued to give me the reassurance and support that I needed through the process.

How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day was thrilling and meeting the Executive Team made me feel even more assured that I was making the right decision going into this franchise.

What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
The advice I would give is to follow your gut/dreams and trust the process.

What are the top 3 reasons you chose to franchise with HOTWORX?
1. I wanted to bring this business to my hometown and give my community the opportunity to experience the benefits of HOTWORX.
2. I know that HOTWORX is going to become more and more successful every year and I want to be a part of that.
3. My personal experience at HOTWORX was life changing in the most positive way and I want to continue to grow that.

What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
The most exciting part of bringing HOTWORX to Gulf Breeze, FL is to be able to share this experience with my friends, family and neighbors. I honestly believe having a HOTWORX here will be life changing for so many.

What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
In my first year, I plan to reach out to as many people in my community as possible to share the HOTWORX experience with them. I plan to have at least 500 members by the end of my first year.

How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
HOTWORX will help me achieve my personal and professional goals by giving me the opportunity to be able to have such an awesome facility to workout at, while being a financially successful business owner. I am confident that I will hire a great team from my local community to help me run my location, giving me the freedom to live my day-to-day life the way I like to. I hope to open more HOTWORX locations in the upcoming years and I believe we will be successful enough to do so.
