What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
Throughout our careers, we have always worked hard for someone else. We have been on the lookout for an opportunity to put our all into something of our own and to make our investment work directly for us. We are typically risk averse. However, our excitement about the HOTWORX opportunity and our desire to build something together overrode our fears.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
We researched several independent and franchise business models with varying degrees of complexity and risk. HOTWORX is a proven model. The technology and processes are already defined, lessening the start-up resources necessary and risk involved when starting a new business. It is the closest we have seen to a plug and play model.
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
We immediately fell in love with it, but it's harder than you think!
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
Our experience with the HOTWORX Discovery Process was incredibly positive and very fast-paced. Once we made the decision to move forward, things shifted into high gear.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day answered many of the questions we had about the roadmap to getting the franchise operational, the resources needed to get there, and the support available to help achieve success. Meeting the Executive Team was an engaging and encouraging opportunity. The team had valuable information to share and promoted excitement through their genuine belief in the vision of HOTWORX.
What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
Come on! Do not wait! It is a fast-paced process but much of the challenging work is prepackaged for you with incredible support along the way.

Taylor, TX is on the cusp of going from a small farming town to a thriving suburb of Austin. What excites us the most is the opportunity to help build the community by offering a fitness solution that works.
What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
In our first year as HOTWORX franchisees, we plan to immerse ourselves in education about the business, successfully stand up our first store, become a trusted partner in the community, and bring in $100K in profit.
