HOTWORX congratulates franchisees, Sammi and Jesse Wendt, who were awarded a franchise license in the Cincinnati market and recently opened their West Chester, OH (Beckett Ridge) studio!

What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
Sammi recently opened a smoothie shop near a local HOTWORX and loved the workouts & concept. She saw a need for something like this back in their hometown in Wisconsin and decided to reach out to see if HOTWORX was available in that area. We both love health, wellness, people, sales & business so this was a perfect fit!

What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
We have been independent business owners for quite some time now and being the one to come up with all the moving parts wasn't appealing anymore as we are looking to work smarter, not harder these days.

‍What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
It was fun, fast, and unique.

‍How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
Every time we hopped on a call we got a little more clear and confident, and really started to vision ourselves as owning a HOTWORX studio and how that could fit in our current life.

‍How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day was very informative. It was a long day, but a necessary step. We loved that everyone on the call had many years invested in the company. It showed us that the culture had to be good! It was also great to see all the resources available to create success within the build out process and thereafter.

‍What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
Be prepared to take off running the minute you say yes! There is no time wasted getting your feet wet in the next steps towards finding a location etc. Ask any questions you have. We found that there was no hesitation to answer our questions along the way and we felt they came with honesty.

‍What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?

We want to produce above average results financially and have a great reputation in the community making many local connections.

‍How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
We will learn so much about another business model as well as get closer to having what we want saved in our retirement to set ourselves up for financial and time freedom in the near future.
