The goal of every HOTWORX studio is to provide our clients with 24/7 access to virtually-instructed infrared sauna workouts. In an enclosed sauna, you can sweat out the stress and strengthen your body and mind.
You’ll also love our one-of-a-kind Hot Barre None workouts. Instead of the traditional barre, you’ll use the sauna wall as a workout tool. These slow, dynamic postures are inspired yoga, ballet, and other isometric workouts. They strengthen and elongate your muscles, lifting your butt and toning your legs.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
