Centrally located in the city of Gluckstadt, our studio sits right across the street from Callaway’s Yard and Garden and just a quarter mile from Germantown High School, making it easy to stop in before or after your daily routine.
Our semi-private infrared sauna sessions combine heat, guided movement, and focus to help you achieve results faster. Choose from hot yoga for flexibility, hot pilates for strength, or high-intensity interval training for endurance and calorie burn. The infrared heat enhances every movement, helping your body recover quickly and feel reenergized.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
