HOTWORX Manhattan (Little Apple) brings an innovative fitness experience to a growing and active community. Conveniently located in the Town West Shopping Center next to Home Depot and across the street from Target and Panera Bread, our studio offers easy access for members throughout Manhattan, including local students, military families, and working professionals.
Members enjoy 24-hour access to patented infrared workout sessions designed to deliver powerful results in less time. Choose from hot yoga for flexibility, hot pilates for core strength, isometric sessions for toning, or fast-paced HIIT workouts that improve endurance and support overall wellness. The infrared heat helps improve circulation, accelerate recovery, and enhance every workout.
Our studio attracts Kansas State University students, the Fort Riley military community, and women ages 25 to 55 who want efficient, effective fitness options. FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
