HOTWORX Phoenix (Tatum & Bell) is a 24 Hour Infrared Fitness Studio on the corner of Tatum Boulevard and Bell Road in the Tatum Point Shopping Center. We are just south of Desert Ridge Marketplace, on the border of North Phoenix and North Scottsdale.
Our members get 24/7 access to 12 different infrared sauna workouts led by virtual instructors. Fit in a quick workout with flexible schedules and go at your own pace. Get some cardio with 15 minute HIIT sessions on a cycle, total body trainer bike or water rower. Tone up, torch calories and detoxify your mind and body with 30 minute isometric sessions like Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Stretch and more. Cross-train with a cable machine, free weights, dip rack and battle ropes in our functional training gym area.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
