Hiking for Heroes 2023
The HOTWORX Hiking for Heroes team will jump start 2023 by scaling the tallest mountain in the Western Hemisphere (and the Southern Hemisphere) with an expedition scheduled for January 10-22.

The 2022 HOTWORX Franchise Convention theme was “FOCUS”, and it was a laser focused event indeed. From the opening of the first day with a laser light show set to high energy music to the riveting lineup of speakers, the three day event was jam packed with great content.

Last week I had the honor of attending a signing event for my book HOT EXERCISE at one of our top franchise locations in the country, Myrtle Beach, SC. The owners, Monty and Dixie Porter, have done a wonderful job and their members are absolutely passionate about HOTWORX.

A couple of weeks ago I had the honor of attending a sauna donation ceremony for the Waxahachie, TX Fire Department. The entire HOTWORX franchise organization would like to commend Chief Ricky Boyd and all of the firefighters there for such an outstanding job.

HOTWORX has officially launched in Mexico. This past week I had the opportunity to work with our distributor, Art Garcia and his team at Pro Fitness MX in Mexico City for the IHRSA Conference and Expo. The Pro Fitness booth was buzzing with prospects during the two days that I was there. Fitness professionals from many different cities throughout Mexico showed great interest in our 24 hour infrared fitness concept.

Firefighters battle against untold numbers of toxins as they perform their duty in selfless service to our communities. When battling fires, cancer causing toxins are absorbed by firefighters through their skin and should be removed through detox as soon as possible. “68 percent of firefighters develop cancer, compared with 22 percent in the general population.”
