The Perfect HIIT Workout!

Today I had an amazing workout at the original HOTWORX Studio here in beautiful Oxford, MS. I started with the FX Zone for an awesome functional back and bicep workout utilizing the Myokore suspension straps for back and a combination of dumbbells, suspension straps, and bands for biceps. Then, after a short break, I jumped in the infrared HOTWORX sauna for a perfect 15 minute total body blast of cardio (and resistance) training with the cross-rower.

HIIT IT!!! With Hot Row and Hot Cycle

High Intensity Interval Training is all the rage.Imagine HIIT combined with heat, infrared and just the right amount of time for a workout.Inside of the first ever HOTWORX 24 Hour Infrared Fitness Studio in Oxford, MS, the right side of the studio is all HIIT. It consists of a row of saunas dedicated to 15 minute HIIT routines equipped with either cycles or cross-rowers. These workouts are performed inside of the HOTWORX saunas at 125 degrees!
